Mark Jepp: ‘EAG provides an invaluable opportunity to look under the bonnet of the industry’
Mark Jepp, CEO of Game Nation believes the EAG Expo provides a unique opportunity to meet with the people behind the most important gaming innovations of 2025 and connect the broader Game Nation team with their peers in the industry.
Looking ahead to the showcase event, which will be the biggest in EAG history, Mark Jepp confirmed: “I’ve always placed huge importance on the connections and the conversations that take place at live events and EAG is the biggest and most influential UK exhibition for our industry.
“I’m picking-up on a great sense of optimism and confidence surrounding this edition of the show with more people talking about it in positive terms as representing the future.
“Purely on a practical level there’s no doubt that it provides an opportunity to meet more industry people in just a couple of days than you would otherwise see in the course of the rest of the year which is a highly valuable use of time.”
Utilising that characteristic the Game Nation boss said that he will be bringing a broad cross section of his team to ExCeL London. “EAG provides a shop window on the industry and perspectives which are relevant to a cross-section of colleagues and stakeholders comprising investors, my leadership team, direct reports as well as colleagues from the consumer-facing venue teams” he stated.
“The 10 Game Nation colleagues who will be at the show will meet with the community of machine manufacturers all of whom are exhibiting, they will also have an opportunity to immerse themselves in the industry soaking up all of the many conversations taking place covering everything from dominant player trends to the latest technologies.
“Even before the Christmas break I had 20+ at-show appointments in the diary and I’m looking forward to introducing the broader team, discussing the product pipeline with manufacturers, looking under the bonnet of the industry and outlining the exciting vision we have in place for the Game Nation brand. It’s going to be a pivotal three days for the entire industry.”
