Terms and Conditions of Entry to EAG Expo
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to your entry to the EAG Expo exhibition (the “Exhibition”) held at ExceL, London (the “Venue”) hosted by European Amusement and Gaming Expo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 06880155 and registered office address at 29-30 Ely Place, London, EC1N 6TD (“us”, “we” our”). Please read these Terms carefully. By registering for the Exhibition, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are in addition to any terms and conditions established by the Venue, and it is your responsibility to check these.
Entry and conduct
Entry is only permitted via valid registration, which is subject to availability, and is non-transferable. In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to refuse entry to or to expel from the Exhibition anyone that we, or another person in authority, deem is behaving in a manner that is criminal, could be disruptive to the Exhibition or whose behaviour is otherwise threatening or abusive, who damages any property or who poses any danger to any other person at the Exhibition. We are not liable for any losses incurred if we refuse entry or expel you, or any member of your party, from the Exhibition.
If you are entering the Exhibition areas defined as EAG and the Social Immersive Entertainment Expo with any children under the age of 18, you are responsible for their actions and behaviour and agree to accompany and supervise them at all times. We cannot guarantee that the stands and content at the Exhibition will be suitable for children under the age of 18, and you must not allow any children accompanying you to use equipment which isn’t suitable for their age. Please note that under no circumstances will children under the age of 18 be allowed entry into the area of the Exhibition defined as the London Casino & Gaming Show.
You must not set up stands, sell goods or services, or advertise goods, services or content or other material at the Exhibition, and we reserve the right to expel you from the Exhibition for doing so or if we think you are about to do so. If you wish to book a stand at the Exhibition, you can enquire about stand availability by emailing sales@eagexpo.com or calling 020 4502 0550.
You are responsible for safeguarding your belongings whilst at the Exhibition, and we will have no liability or responsibility for property that is lost, stolen or damaged.
Cancellation or alteration
We reserve the right to alter the published Exhibition programme which may result in changes to the start and end times, the stands and content that is available at the Exhibition, or any other aspect of the Exhibition. All advertised times, stands and content are subject to change, and we will not be liable for any losses incurred relating to travel or accommodation arrangements made or for any loss of enjoyment or other losses incurred as a result of the Exhibition not running at the published times, or for the alteration of any published stands or content.
We hope the Exhibition will carry on as planned, but there may be circumstances where we have to cancel the Exhibition due to circumstance beyond our reasonable control. We will not be held responsible or liable for any delay or cancellation of the Exhibition to the extent such delay or cancellation is caused by unavailability of the Venue, storm, flood, fire, earthquake or other extreme weather, war, invasion, terrorist threats or acts, riot or other civil unrest or violence, any disease, epidemic, pandemic, including novel coronavirus COVID-19 (together with any mutation, adaption or variation thereof), national or regional emergency, strikes or other industrial disturbances, any order or guidance from any government or quasi-government organisation, including without limitation in regard to travel to and from the Venue, public gatherings or health and safety, or any other similar caused beyond our reasonable control. We will not be liable for any losses incurred relating to travel or accommodation arrangements made or for any loss of enjoyment or other losses incurred because of cancellation of the Exhibition.
Mobility assistance or other requirements
If you, or any member of your party requires special assistance (e.g., use of a wheelchair, recognised assistance dogs, medical or mobility equipment etc.) you must notify us at the time of registration, or as soon as possible after, so we can try to make appropriate arrangements with the Venue. Failure to notify us in good time may mean that assistance is not available at the Venue and we cannot cater to your needs, though we will use reasonable endeavours to do so.
Photographs and media
By attending the event, you consent to us or our contractors’ taking photographs of and/or filming the Exhibition which may include photographs or footage of you and your party. You consent to the use of any photographs, recordings, electronic images or other publicity material received or obtained by us in the course of the Exhibition for the purpose of trade, advertising, sales, publicity and otherwise without payment or compensation to you. Should you wish to withdraw your consent please contact info@eagexpo.com. All rights in such materials shall belong to us.
You may only use cameras and other video and/or sound recording equipment (including via mobile phones) for personal (i.e., not commercial) use. You must seek permission from each exhibitor if you want to take any photographs or other media of their stand and/or them.
Complaints
If you have a complaint before or whilst attending the Exhibition, please bring this to our attention as soon as possible, as complaints are very difficult to deal with after the Exhibition has taken place.
Law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any dispute, claim or other matter that arises in connection with these Terms (unless you live in Northern Ireland or Scotland, in which case you can bring proceedings in your local court under Scottish or Northern Irish law, as applicable).
