- A session that will follow the previous night’s ground-breaking MIXER, and so benefiting from this, will look at venues, chains and franchises in the social entertainment market, with observations on what is shaping the markets investment.
- This session will strive to cover the various competitive socializing attractions and game systems available to venues, charting the trends shaping the market and the issues defining their development for a diverse audience.
- A panel of speakers pulling from operators in the UK, the Netherlands, Romania and across Europe with a focus on how the industry can pull together and what is the most constructive way to enhance the customer experience.
- In the final session of the event, we will look at how amusement is embracing social entertainment and these new applications – speaking with those that are implementing the utilization of this diverse application, and its impact on the current business.
- With the Gambling Commission undertaking assessments/ interactions across the land-based arcade sector, Brad, Justine, David and John will go through the priority issues that the Commission have set out following on from the initial series of assessments carried out last year. The MSO team will suggest steps to take now to prepare your business for a future Gambling Commission assessment and the session will highlight areas to focus on in order to promote positive outcomes.
